This course covers all the fundamentals of using Primavera P6 Release 8.2 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM); the Web based version of this software system. Through a series of lectures, interactive sessions and over 100 hands-on exercises, participants will gain the knowledge and experience they need to use P6 EPPM as an effective project management tool.
