PPMG is a member of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI)® Registered Consultant Program and the only firm in Louisiana to hold this honorable designation. Our principle-based project management approach is based on PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide). These methods have proven to be extremely effective when assisting our clients with complex construction projects. PPMG consultants work closely with each client throughout the project to ensure project goals, budgets and stakeholder expectations are met. All of PPMG’s consultants either hold the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP)® through PMI® or are in the process of attaining this coveted credential.

PPMG is also a Registered Education Provider (REP) through the Project Management Institute. PMI® R.E.P.s are organizations that have been approved to offer training in project management and issue professional development units (PDUs) to meet the continuing education requirements needed by PMI® credential holders.

As an Oracle Gold Partner, PPMG offers expert consulting, training and system integration for Oracle’s Primavera P6 PPM/EPPM software, as well as other Oracle project management and procurement software solutions.

PPMG is a certified training provider through the Louisiana Workforce Commission. The Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP) is a partnership between the Louisiana Workforce Commission (LWC), business and industry, and training providers. The IWTP is designed to benefit business and industry by assisting in the skill development of existing employees and thereby increasing employee productivity and the growth of the company.

PPMG recognizes and bases its supply chain solutions on ISM (Institute for Supply Management) standards of excellence. The institute’s tried and true principles allow for PPMG methods to be effective across multiple industries and cultures. PPMG supply chain consultants either hold or are in the process of obtaining one of the globally-recognized ISM certifications.
